a growing pup after dinner tonight, my wife made pizza dough, so we could make pizza later in the week. we left it in a bowl to rise and then headed off for the library. when we returned home, we found the bowl, empty on the floor and our penelope, our 7 year old black lab, looking mighty pleased with herself.
for the record, the first time i heard this, i was driving through the middle of nowhere in minnesota, on my way to north dakota. i laughed so hard i started to cry, and was forced to pull off to the side of the road to avoid running off of said road.
as if we needed more proof... ...of how much of an asshole bob novak is. it seems, when he's not busy revealing covert operatives, he's busy running over pedestrians and then driving off!
even exchanges I'm sure by now you've all heard about the "prisoner" exchange between Israel and hezbollah. Personally, I'm of the opinion that all this will do is fuel the arabs and their anti-jew fever (can't really say anti-semitism here can i....). I think for future exchanges, it should be bodies for bodies and live prisoners for live prisoners. if the arabs show for a future exchange with just a few coffins, then we Jews should present them with the same, only the remains of their fallen fighters. if they show with live prisoners, then we should let them have their brethren back.
futher more, i expect the world community to condemn the arabs for murdering their prisoners.
i feel wierd today, i did something that i haven't purposefully done in about 5 years. i shaved my face. i forgot just how awkward it is to shave a mustache off. i managed to pull it off with only nick myself three times. :) i still kept a lil bit of fur on the bottom of my chin though. i'll get a pic or two up later today.
man eating couch our futon is fairly comfortable to sleep on in bed mode, but g-d damn does it hurt in couch mode. i really need to learn to not fall asleep while watching the tele.

for the record my little sister, is frickin dumb! she was driving around last night with a friend of hers. without working headlights on her car! believe it or not, that's not the dumbest part of this story. one of them had some pot on them. and the cop that searched the car found it. i found all of this out, when i called my mother to wish her a happy mothers day....
scary stuff so, a lil while ago, someone on esam posted a link to the vice guide to north korea, which lead me to this series on the pacific garbage island. this is some scary fucking shit, yo! the oceans are frighteningly polluted, and only getting worse. and we eat this crap. i think i may go veg-head again for a while after seeing this. that'll likely make the wife happy....
damn dirty plants i just need to say, that i hate all flowering plant life out there. i'm not sure what's doing it to me, but my head has felt like it's underwater for the better part of the past week. to make it worse, i'm out of sudafed!

feel like a criminal i tend to get bad sinus headaches during shitty weather like today. the only thing that i've found that works and doesn't put me to sleep is sudafed. not the new PE crap that is sold so meth addicts don't get the real stuff either. it really pisses me off that i have to be carded and treated like a criminal so the pain will go away. besides, it hasn't made a difference in teh meth supply anyway, now it's made on an industrial level in mexico, stoopid war on drugs. :(
legendary pittsburgh steelers broadcaster myron cope passed away on wednesday. i can remember when he retired from the broadcast booth and though those games would never be the same. there was a small hope that he'd return for a game here or there, but i guess it'll never happen now. he'll be missed :(
